I am Bryan Barley, and have spent the majority of my professional career starting new ventures in highly challenging contexts, and championing those who are willing to do the same. My family and I spent over a decade in the heart of urban Denver, CO, where we started a church and catalyzed many others to start churches, businesses, non-profits, and more during that time. I am passionate about helping people do hard things in a healthy way.

In 2019, I began a mentorship relationship with Dr. Chip Dodd, and from Chip’s encouragement, began my own coaching practice where I worked primarily with professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLS), CEOs, Founders, and others navigating the unique pressures of responsibility and influence.

In 2023, my family and I relocated to Nashville, largely as the overflow of a desire to work more closely with Chip, and help found The Voice of the Heart Center. I also currently pastor at Nashville First in the heart of downtown Nashville, and serve as an advisor to A Generous Company with NBA Veteran, Mason Plumlee.
