Dr. Chip Dodd is a seasoned counselor and mentor, dedicated to helping individuals live authentically and fully. Founder of The Center for Professional Excellence in Nashville, he led the center for 22 years before transitioning to private practice. In 2019, he launched Chip Dodd Resources, focusing on consulting, mentoring, speaking, and writing.

Dr. Dodd is also the creator of The Spiritual Root System, a framework that integrates our emotional and spiritual nature into our daily lives. His influential book, The Voice of the Heart, continues to inspire readers worldwide by emphasizing the transformative power of emotions. With a Ph.D. in Counseling and a deep commitment to emotional health, Dr. Dodd leads others in his role at the Voice of the Heart Center. He offers clinical consultation to our team, is a mentor invested in our staff's personal growth, and is an active part of many of our workshops and intensives. He lives in Middle Tennessee with his wife and their two grown sons.
