I am Jenay Kennedy, a Registered Nurse, Life Coach, wife and mother. I have been married for twenty seven years and have 2 wonderful sons, one of which has Autism.

After being confronted with the pain of life, I reached out for help and began to grieve my own wounds, learn to live one day at a time and foster authentic relationships. The Spiritual Root System along with a deep program of recovery has given me hope, helped me recover my heart and grow into a person with passion, courage and a voice.

I believe God did not intend us to live a life of isolation and despair. I am passionate about coming along side clients so they are not alone. I teach clients on the value of setting healthy boundaries, understanding your feelings, finding the courage to express your needs, and connecting to a recovery community.
