When the swell of emotion is almost tangible, about to knock you down, and you cannot do what you want to do? What you want to do is to calm down and speak to your child in a grounded manner? But you can’t convince yourself. Some might call this overwhelmed, another name for this is dysregulation.

Join Beth Ann Mergens, LCSW & Jenay Kennedy, RN in an eight-week parenting education + support group with an aim to give moms a safe place to explore their gifting and their limitations as a caregiver while being present and allowing for imperfections and vulnerability.

What we’re offering is something unique - a group for mamas where you aren’t going to learn a new set of skills to implement, but rather to actually tap into the role your heart is playing in your life as a parent.

All the parenting tools in the world won’t fix an overwhelmed heart and a dysregulated nervous system. In fact, you’ll get to participate in transformational conversations that will carry impact with you throughout your lifetime.
