Join Colton Shannon, Ph.D. & Jenay Kennedy for a one day workshop to explore your patterns in relationships.
In this workshop, we will dive deep into our need for connections with other people, and how the deep roots of codependency patterns become a block for us to connect with others honestly. We will use teaching, discussion groups, individual assessments, a safe environment, and enough time to settle into the experience with hopes to give you a clear picture of your relationship patterns and better ways to care for yourself as you accomplish much for those you love.
What sets this workshop apart is our commitment to truly relate and interact with you. We keep the workshop at 15 participants or less so everyone is acknowledged as often as they want to be. Also, you can show up to listen and not vocally engage – this is your workshop so make it your own.
This workshop is for you if:
You have close relationships with those who struggle with addiction, personality disorders, mental health disorders, or you are a caregiver (to the young or old).
You have addiction recovery but want to work on emotional sobriety within your relationships.
You always feel that you are either too small or too big in relationships, especially with people that matter most to you.
You grew up in a dysfunctional family and weren’t able to say what you feel and need within the family system.
You enjoy getting high quality content along with hearing other people’s perspectives in the room.
You struggle with overworking and overpromising in your work environment.
